THE MIX FOR CAKE/CARROT MUFFIN DIET LIGHT is a practical and quick
formulation for bakeries, pastry shops and the like to produce delicious low-calorie
dietary cakes or muffins and a source of fiber with practicality and efficiency .
INDUSTRIAL PREPARATION METHOD :
For each 1 , 1 kg of cake mix / MUFFIN CARROT DIET LIGHT, add in the blender
511,5g averages cooked carrots, 137.5 ml of oil, whole eggs 687,5g, 137.5 ml of water
, and 48 g of emulsifier and beat until a thick cream is homogenized. Put the cream in
another container and add the MIX FOR CAKE/CARROT MUFFIN DIET LIGHT. Bake
in a greased muffin pan or mold. For the traditional carrot cake topping we have the
PALAZZO BLACK SHINE PREPARATION.
DOMESTIC PREPARATION MODE: For each 400g of DIET LIGHT CARROT /
MUFFIN MIXTURE , add in the blender 1 ½ (or 186g) of cooked medium carrots, ¼
cup * of oil (or 50 ml ), 5 large units of whole eggs (or 250 g) , ¼ cup * (or 50 ml) of
water, and a tablespoon (or 17.5 g) of emulsifier and beat until a thick cream is
homogenized. Put the cream in another container and add the MIX FOR
CAKE/CARROT MUFFIN DIET LIGHT. Bake in a greased muffin pan or mold. For the
traditional carrot cake topping we have the PALAZZO BLACK SHINE PREPARATION.
* A 200 ml cup was used as standard.
