The CAKE MIX / MUFFIN CHOCOLATE DIET LIGHT is a practical and easy
formulation for bakeries, confectioneries and the like to produce tasty convenience and
efficiency cakes or muffins low calorie diet and source of fiber .
METHOD OF PREPARATION Institutional – Tap 77 0 ml of water, 671 g of whole egg,
50.6 g of emulsifier 2 and 2 g of salt until to form a thick cream and add 1 , 1 kg of
CAKE MIX / MUFFIN CHOCOLATE DIET LIGHT and beat at minimum speed just for
uniformity . Bake in a medium oven, in the form or molds for properly greased muffins .
For the traditional chocolate cover for cakes we have the PREPARATION FOR BLACK
GLOSS PALAZZO or the PALAZZO HONEY BREAD COVER (both diet and light) .
DOMESTIC PREPARATION METHOD – Mix 280 ml of water, 98.6 g of whole egg ( 2
medium eggs) , 18.4 g (one tablespoon) of emulsifier and 0.8 g ( two pinches) of salt
until it forms a thick cream and add 400 g of CAKE MIX / MUFFIN CHOCOLATE DIET
LIGHT . Bake in a medium oven, in the form or molds for properly greased muffins. For
the traditional chocolate cover for cakes we have the PR EPARO FOR GLOSSY
BLACK PALAZZO or even the cover for PALAZZO HONEY BREAD (both diet and
light) .
